Barbara Rapaport, Senior Associate
Barbara A. Rapaport guides clients through the Immunity to Change Coaching Process™, both in individual, team and workshop settings. She also teaches other consultants and executives how to apply the process as part of a formal certification process in Mind's at Work's coach Development Program. In addition, Barbara is certified by the Hay Group (Boston, MA) to administer the Emotional Competency Inventory™, a 360º survey instrument designed to assess the emotional intelligence of leaders and leadership teams.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Barbara was an internal consultant for the senior leadership team at Steelcase Inc. In that role she focused primarily on culture analysis and transition strategies, business process re-engineering, and senior executive coaching. At Steelcase, she also held leadership positions in human resources, corporate learning and development, sales training, marketing communications and corporate marketing.
